About Me
Libor Novák (*1988) has gained experience in large-scale advocacy and public administration. As an independent attorney specializing in general practice, he primarily provides his services to individuals, small and medium-sized businesses, and local governments.
In the civil area, he focuses primarily on civil, family and inheritance law and litigation representation. In the public law area, he provides criminal defense in selected cases (including ex officio provisions). He also focuses on tort, misdemeanor and administrative law.
Education and Professional Work
Libor Novák graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc (2019), where he obtained a Master's degree in general law. In addition, he previously obtained a bachelor's degree in legal specialization – law in business (2014). He passed the Czech bar exam in 2023.
He previously worked for many years with HAVEL & PARTNERS, the largest law firm in the Czech Republic (until the end of 2025), where he held positions as a legal assistant, trainee attorney, and finally as an attorney responsible for complex public sector projects. In addition, he has also worked in various positions at one of the largest domestic employers, the Railway Administration. Prior to moving to the Bar in 2021, he held the position of Head of Legal.
